CrossFit Black Storm – CrossFit Basics
A): Front Squat (6 sets of 3 reps)
Starting with a light set, focus on reaching proper depth and increase weight only if you can consistently repeat proper movement in the front squat.
B): Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10 Goblet Squats with same KB
MAKE SURE YOU ARE COUNTING YOUR REPS! As you will record them after this portion is complete so you can track progress.
