CrossFit Black Storm – CrossFit Basics

This workout is for our Basics Program, members who have been doing CrossFit for less than one month. For our full performance program please check our other postings today.

A): Back Squat ( Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes – 5 sets)

B): Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

6 Deadlifts

6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
Rest an equal amount of time to your last round after each round. If a round takes 45 seconds, rest 45 seconds then start next round.
