As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 burpees over barbell

15 deadlifts (135/95)

20 russian twists (20/14 ball)

250m run
Russian twist, both sides = one rep

coach: if enough time remains in class, run a single tabata (8 round of :20/:10) of a movement of your choice.
