A 90 Minute Class Focused on Mastering the Art of Olympic Weightlifting

The goal of LIFT is to provide a program dedicated to improving Olympic Weightlifting skill and technique. It is included as part of the Unlimited Spark membership.

In addition to improving proficiency, members who attend LIFT also receive guidance to prepare (optionally) for competition in local weightlifting meets if desired.

What is LIFT?

LIFT was started here at Spark as a way to help people improve in their strength using traditional barbell methods. Meant as a supplement to normal CrossFit classes, LIFT will help you become stronger, more confident and comfortable when it comes to using lifts that utilize the barbell.
