For our very first workout being open we wanted it to be unmistakably classic CrossFit. Whats more CrossFit than Burpees and Thrusters? Those of you who have completed CFG Open workout 14.5 probably never want to do back to back burpees and thrusters again, self included. Anyways, what better way to send CrossFit Black Storm off on its initial journey? Let’s get it!

Workout of the Day 5/1/2014

A) Skill: Thruster tech and brief introduction on scaling weights

B) Workout:
10 Min AMRAP (As many Rounds -and reps- as possible in 10 minutes) of:

10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Burpees (over bar)
