High Intensity Interval Circuits everyone can do, fun workouts with tons of core strengthening. Just the basics, no barbells or high complexity movements.

BUILD (Strength)
Dudes can focus on the “gun-show” while ladies can build-a-booty with a focus on building muscle and strength with classic lifts and functional bodybuilding.

LIFT (Olympic Weightlifting)
Master the discipline of the more complex Olympic style lifts, more focus on technique and explosiveness in LIFT.
6:30PM (Tu-Th) & Sunday @ 10:30AM
