Attention Spark Family!!!
This week we have a special “mini-challenge” for you!
SUMMER IS COMING TO AN END ⛱️, AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO DIAL IN OUR NUTRITION AND MEAL PREPPING GAME FOR THE FALL.
If you accept this challenge, and perform both objectives for 5 days from tomorrow, Tuesday 8/13 – Sunday 8/18,then you will get a prize!
If you are in the Bod Squad Challenge, you can earn extra points by participating and getting that much closer to winning at the end!
YOU HAVE 2 OBJECTIVES YOU MUST COMPLETE EVERY DAY STARTING TUESDAY ALL THE WAY TO SUNDAY.
1.) Take a picture of your Dinner 5 nights this week and post it on social media tagging “Spark CrossFit”.
2.) Perform 50 Kettle bell Swings 5 days this week (do not need to post on Social Media), can break up however.
