Spark30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!
There are no barbells or high-complexity movements in Spark30. Instead we find intensity with simple, fundamental movements, lighter weight dumbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements.
Don’t let this one fool you though, the coach will guide you to find an appropriate intensity level for your current ability. You can go as light (or as heavy as you want) but we can dial in the intensity for both beginner or the most experienced athletes alike.
