Stations: Each station will have 3 movements – complete 10 reps of each movement, rotating for as many reps as possible in 3 min intervals.
Movements may include but are not limited to: Lunges, squats, pushups, sit-ups, pull ups, star jumps, burps, tricks, flips and awesomeness.
