A): Clean (Take 15 minutes and build to today’s 1RM)
*Any type of clean, full (squat) clean or power clean.
B): Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
1st minute – 5 Power Cleans @ 70% of today’s 1RM
2nd minute – 200 Meter Run
3rd minute – 20 Ring Dips
*If you fail to complete a set in the time allowed your new goal is the number you completed in that low round. For example, you complete 16 dips, 16 is now your score.
For scoring we will add low rounds of power cleans, the run, and dips together and that will be the score entered. So if you finish all reps of each round on time your score would be 26 (getting back from the run on time counts as one rep). If modifying weight, distance, or movement please note modifications in notes. Shorten the next run if you fail to get back on time.
