55%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%

A2): Shoulder Press (Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes. 3 sets of:)

Set a new or current 1 rep max @ 101-105%

B): Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

7 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

7 Burpees

21 double unders
scale with kipping HSPU or negatives. Only strict movement will count as RX’d. Scaled DU’s with 14 DU attempts only.
