A): Turkish Get Up (Over 5 sets, build to today’s heavy with both arms)

A successful attempt will mean that you completed attempts at a weight with each arm. Start position on back, to standing, and back down to lying in control.

In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:
