A): Deadlift (sets of 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1…)

The sets of 3’s and 2’ are used as warm ups, start singles at around 75% of previous 1RM. Rest as needed between sets.The goal today is to set a new 1RM for percentage based workouts in the near future, this is all we will be doing today.

No straps or gear beyond a belt and knee wraps permitted in today’s max deadlift.
