Transition & Build Up (No Measure)

Take 6-8 minutes to build up to today’s working weight of 83% of 1RM. If you are not 100% work up to a heavy 5 for today’s workout while making technique a priority.

Workout

CLASS: Back Squat (Every 3 minutes, 5 reps for 5 sets @ 83%)

Same weight for all sets. Todays back squats will be very challenging as we are building volume with a heavy load. This should be hard But doable with good form and no misses.

INTENDED STIMULUS

“Nasty Girls” is one of the most well known CrossFit.com workouts ever. This workout is intended to be completed in 10 minutes or less. scaling for Ring Muscle-ups are listed in intermediate and scaled versions.

The weight selection for Hang Power Cleans should be something that athletes could complete 15+ repetitions without dropping when fresh. Within the workout, looking to push for 1-2 sets
