200 meter run
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
7 handstand push-ups
7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
both partners run, split the other work up as needed.

In teams of two, 12 rounds for time of:
10 kettlebell swings
10 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 sit ups
