Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

10 Power Snatches (95/65)

20 Pull-Ups

30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs.)
