A): Summer Slam Workout #1 (Time)

In teams of three, breaking up as needed, for time:

50 Double Unders

50 Deadlifts (135/85)

50 Double Unders

50 Hang Cleans

50 Double Unders

50 Front Squats
RX+: Unbroken Double Unders done by one athlete each set. Weight increased to 155/105.

Scaled:

20 Box Jumps

40 Deadlifts (95/65)

B): Summer Slam Workout #2 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of three, alternate complete rounds for as many rounds and reps as possible in 11 minutes of:

4 snatches (135/85)

3 muscle ups

2 snatches (135/85)

1 muscle up
RX’d division:

6 snatches (115/65)

6 burpee over barbell

6 chin over bar pull-ups

Scaled:

6 snatches (75/55)

6 burpee over barbell

6 hanging knee raises
