Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of three, with only one athlete working at a time, each athlete completing an entire set at each movement, as many rounds as possible in 32 minutes of:

21 burpees

21 cal row

15 thrusters (105/70)

15 cal row

9 chest to bar pull ups

9 rope climbs (in total, split across team)

9 chest to bar pull ups

21 cal row

21 burpees
One time through the entire chipper is 1 round. The workout starts by athlete one doing 21 burpees, then athlete two will do 21 burpees, then athlete athlete three. Team must stay in order and athlete must finish their set before the next athlete can start. The only movement that is different is the rope climbs, in which the team will split up 9 rope climbs in whatever order they want.

RX+ is ring muscle ups in place of chest to bar pull ups.
