With a partner, for time:

2x400m (each partner runs 400m)

100 hang power cleans (115/75)

100 push press (115/75)

100 back squats (115/75)

2x400m (each partner runs 400m)

barbell starts on ground, no rack, each time the barbell hits the ground both partners complete 10 burpees each (can be done at the same time).
You can exchange the barbell by passing it to your partner.
