A): Snatch (Five sets of: Snatch x 1-1-1)

“1-1-1” is 3 singles, take 5-7 seconds between reps. Rest 2 minutes between sets. Add weight each set to build to today’s heavy set of three singles.

B): Metcon (Time)

In teams of two, alternate sets to complete 3 each of:

10 Power Cleans (185/135 lbs)

400 Meter Run
*20:00 Time Cap

If scaling, the weight should be something you can touch and go for 3-4 reps in your warm-up for the cleans
