A): Weighted Pull-ups (3 sets of 3 reps)
If you do not yet have strict bodyweight pull ups then work down in sets of three to your lightest band.
B): Metcon (No Measure)
With a partner, alternating each segment, not for time:
Untimed, but meant to be done at a comfortable pace without stopping during row or walking.
Try to partner with someone of similar ability and experience and keep moving! (30:00 time cap)
