CrossFit Black Storm – CrossFit Performance
A): Overhead Squat (Build to a heavy 2- rep overhead squat in 15 mins)
Newer/novice members, stay lighter and focus on shoulder/elbow position and depth today.
B): Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Deadlift x 1 rep (115/75)
Hang Power Clean x 1 rep
Front Squat x 1 rep
Push Press x 1 rep
You must perform 5 burpees any time the weight settles on the ground.
These must be done as separate movements, there must be a hard but brief stop between movements. You cannot combine movements into a squat clean thruster or similar.
