CrossFit Black Storm – CrossFit Performance
This 1RM test marks the end of our 10 week cycle for Back Squats.The goal is to build to a new one rep max to use for any percentage based workouts in the near future. This is all we will be doing today.
Back Squat (Sets of 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1…)
the sets of 5’s and 3’ are used as warm ups, start singles at around 75% of previous 1RM. Rest as needed between sets.
